This page summarizes how LexiUp handles account, learning, AI feedback, subscription, support, and diagnostic data.

Last reviewed: 29 May 2026

Data LexiUp stores

  • Account details such as email address, user ID, display name, profile photo choices, and sign-in provider details.
  • Study-plan, Daily Mission, Skill Builder, Review, XP, streak, reward, rank, and leaderboard-related progress.
  • Writing, speaking, vocabulary, review, and other practice content you submit while using the app.
  • Subscription entitlement and Apple subscription event records needed to verify Pro access.
  • Support, data request, welcome email, diagnostic, crash, and product interaction records needed to run and improve the app.

AI feedback

  • Writing, Vocabulary, and Speaking AI feedback may send the relevant learner content and metadata to LexiUp backend services and AI processors.
  • Speaking feedback uses short recordings for analysis. LexiUp does not store raw Speaking audio by default after feedback processing.
  • Speaking request logs use prompt IDs and request metadata rather than full transcript or feedback payloads where the app only needs audit and quota records.

Subscriptions and ads

  • LexiUp Pro subscriptions are handled by Apple. Apple manages payment, renewal, cancellation, and billing information.
  • LexiUp stores purchase and entitlement records needed to unlock Pro features after verification.
  • The initial iOS App Store launch does not use App Tracking Transparency or IDFA-based tracking.

Your choices

  • You can request support, data export, and account deletion help through the app or by email.
  • Deleting your LexiUp account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Manage cancellation through your Apple account settings.
  • You can contact LexiUp at support@lexiup.com.au for privacy questions.
