Account deletion

Delete your LexiUp account

LexiUp supports in-app account deletion and a support fallback path.

1. Open Profile

Open LexiUp, go to Profile, then open Settings.

2. Choose Delete Account

Follow the recent sign-in check and type DELETE when asked to confirm.

3. Manage subscriptions separately

Deleting LexiUp does not cancel Apple subscriptions. Cancel Pro from your Apple account settings.

Need help deleting your account?

Email support@lexiup.com.au from the email address connected to your LexiUp account. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, subscription, or fraud-prevention reasons.
