Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic rules for using LexiUp apps and LexiUp Pro.
No guaranteed result
LexiUp provides practice, feedback, review, and progress tools. It does not guarantee a score, band increase, PTE score, exam result, visa outcome, or admission result.
AI feedback
AI feedback can be useful but may be incomplete or inaccurate. Treat it as study support, not official IELTS examiner feedback, official Pearson feedback, or an official PTE score prediction.
LexiUp Pro subscriptions
LexiUp Pro subscriptions are purchased, renewed, cancelled, and managed through Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in App Store account settings.
Rewarded ad unlocks
During free access periods, some AI feedback requests may require watching a rewarded ad before the request is processed. Ad availability is not guaranteed, and a rewarded ad unlock does not create an official score prediction or exam-readiness guarantee.
User content
You are responsible for the text, audio, profile, and practice content you submit. Do not submit unlawful, sensitive, or third-party content you do not have the right to use.
